Bianca’s friend’s daughter had recently moved into her mother’s complex and was navigating through turbulent waters. It was against this backdrop that a small, furry surprise landed on her doorstep. “Hello miss,” the note began, bearing the innocent sincerity characteristic of a child’s hand. “You seem like the type of person that would like teddy bears, so I washed it two times and brushed it three times.”
