A bus driver took time after his shift, to drive to an office block to deliver a lost cellphone!
Cape Town, South Africa (09 August 2015) – When Anthea Prins-Smith lost her cellphone, she never thought she would get it back… nor did she think that on the 31st of July 2015, her outlook on South Africa would completely change.
Anthea left her phone on a Cape Town bus while on her way to the office on the morning of 31 July.
Lucky (Tumelo Moglatle) was driving the bus on the day & once he dropped off all his clients, made his way back into town to hand deliver the phone to Anthea.
“I know how horrible it is to lose you phone.”
Anthea was so incredibly thankful that she got her phone back & Lucky’s honest actions have reignited her passion for South Africa.
“Lucky did not just give me back my phone, he restored my faith in humanity. I am blown away by this man.”
Since then, Anthea has also made the decision to stop sharing negative stories on social media…
“No more sharing bad news, just the good. We get so bombarded with all the bad and I am a believe in what you put in, is what you put out. So I only want to share the positive going forward.”
