Ingredients Needed for your Keto Egg Roll Bowl:

  • Sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground turkey or ground pork
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • Sriracha ranch dressing
  • Sesame seeds

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground turkey or ground pork until no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. In a separate skillet, heat another round of sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add coleslaw mix and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. In a small bowl, make a sauce with rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Add the sauce and cooked turkey or pork to the coleslaw mix. Stir until combined. Build your bowl: put a big ol’ heap of the coleslaw mixture into your bowl. Top with Sriracha ranch and sesame seeds. You can enjoy this keto egg roll bowl now, but it’s justas good later. #leftoversarelife
