Pricing and Ordering Information

We are prohibited by our manufacturers from listing prices on the internet. You may receive price quotes by calling 1-800-251-9992, or (865) 376-6297 during normal business hours which are 10am to 6pm eastern time, Monday through Friday. You may place your order by telephone with a Visa or MasterCard, or you may mail a cashier’s check or money order. Personal or business checks may delay your order. Tennessee residents must add 8.5% sales tax. Out of state customers pay no sales tax unless they choose to pick their safe up at our Tennessee location.

We back every sale with our 30 day price guarantee. Should you find a lower price on any safe we sell within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 110% of the price difference! Shipping charges may be calculated into a price comparison, but in no case will a refund be based on shipping charges. This offer does not apply to dealer display models, discontinued or outdated models, or pricing that is not quoted to the general public.


Delivery Information

All safes are shipped freight collect by truck. Cannon safes may be shipped either from our Kingston, TN warehouse or from the factory in San Bernadino, CA. Browning safes may be shipped either from our Kingston, TN warehouse or directly from the factory in Provo, UT. Fort Knox safes may be shipped either from our Kingston, TN warehouse or directly from the factory in Orem, UT. You may obtain a freight quotation by calling during normal business hours. You will not be able to get an accurate quote by calling a freight company. We receive volume discounts which would not be reflected in their quote. Delivery time on stock items will be 1-6 business days. Delivery times on non-stock items will vary. You may pick your safe up, but we strongly advise that you contact us beforehand as our inventory changes constantly. Deliveries are generally made at curbside during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Please note there will have to be someone present at the time of delivery to accept delivery and pay the freight charges. You may pick your safe up at the freight terminal if you prefer. When your safe is delivered, you will need to be prepared to assist the driver in unloading your safe. Liftgate trucks are available in most, but not all areas. We can verify the availability of liftgate trucks in your area prior to shipment. In no case will the safe be placed inside your home unless you have made prior arrangements with us for inside delivery. This service is available in most areas, but it does involve additional expense.


Damaged Merchandise

It is extremely unlikely that your safe will arrive damaged as they are very well packaged. However, please take the following steps upon delivery. Inspect the packaging noting any punctures, tears, or compressed areas which may indicate damage. Should they exist, remove the packaging before signing the freight bill. Should there be damage, contact us immediately. We will discuss your options which will always include returning the safe for replacement. If you are unable to reach us at the time of delivery, we suggest refusing delivery of a damaged safe until you speak with us. Please note, once you accept the safe and sign the freight bill, you will be unable to return the safe due to damage. At that point you will have to file a damage claim with the carrier. Touch-up paint is available at no charge for minor scratches. Less than 1% of our shipments receive damage. However, this is the only phase of your purchase over which we have no control. We don’t want to cause undue concern, but we do want you to get what you paid for.
